We have a good base setting and we got a bit faster in the year, so we made some really, really small modifications just to improve a little bit. My levers are pretty much more down than up, just a little bit down. I feel so comfortable with my setup. My bars are quite neutral. Last year I was riding with things quite high, the brake and gear levers quite high, but this year it’s more the stock position. The bike balance is quite neutral, and it depends on the track and the type of bumps with how we set it up. Normally we pretty much run the same setting, and there’s very little change between hardpack and sand, perhaps just the tires. It’s my second season with the factory KTM 250 SX-F, so I am still learning a lot, how the bike works, and as a factory bike the direction we are in. For me this year’s bike is way better than last year just for my riding style and that’s helped me a lot. I always give feedback on where I think we can improve. Comfort is really important while you’re riding and the bike feels good. The engine, chassis, setup, bars, positioning, everything makes the bike comfortable to ride, it turns well and does what I want.” 47 MCE Februar '19
